Tekmetric Sandbox (Practice Environment)
Tekmetric offers a Sandbox practice environment at sandbox.tekmetric.com where users can simulate real shop operations like building repair orders and ordering parts, accessible by request via support contact, with separate login credentials, password reset options, and advisories against using real customer data due to its shared nature and periodic account cleanups.
We offer our Sandbox site/environment for users to test drive and play with Tekmetric before their launch day. Our Sandbox environment operates the same as a real Tekmetric shop, allowing you to practice building repair orders, ordering parts, and more!
How to Access:
Go to sandbox.tekmetric.com and login. Note that Sandbox is a separate environment from your real shop, where you may have different login credentials depending on what email or password was provided when requesting your Sandbox access.
Requesting Sandbox Access:
Sandbox access is granted upon request only. To request access, call, chat, or email us at support@tekmetric.com.
Forgot your Sandbox password?
From the login screen, choose "Forgot Password?" to get a password reset email. If you get a message error stating that "No account could be found for this email address", then you will need to contact us to re-activate your Sandbox account.
Disclaimers:
- Since the Sandbox site is open and shared with other Tekmetric users, we highly advise against using any real customer data (including names, vehicles, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses).
- We periodically clean out all users from Sandbox after launch or if accounts have not been accessed for a while.
